Edward M. Cohen is a founder of VERV Capital. As a former Director of Acquisitions at Cohen Equities, Edward was responsible for sourcing, syndicating and executing in over $200 million of real property transactions including New York City and distressed national commercial product relating to CMBS debt. Edward has also been involved in the leasing, managing, and advising on several different Manhattan transactions.

Mr. Cohen is a Graduate of Syracuse University with a dual major in Real Estate and Finance.
